For patients and the families who help them

All your health records.One story.

Photograph your prescriptions, lab reports and discharge summaries. PAIRdrop reads them into one timeline you own, with your medicines, what's coming up and your recovery plan.

Scroll

Six documents. One health story.

Every prescription, lab report and discharge summary you've ever been handed. Read, sorted and kept in one place that's yours, so your next doctor sees the whole story.

Upload

Take photos. That's it.

Use the camera, your photo library or files. Pick several documents at once. You never have to say what kind each one is.

Upload

Pages become one document.

Photos of one document are joined on your phone into a single PDF, in the order you choose. Move a page up or down before it goes.

Upload

Then sorted, page by page.

PAIRdrop works out what each page is. A lab report and a prescription stapled together become two records, each of its own kind.

Reading

Handwriting in. Plain words out.

PAIRdrop reads every page, the doctor's shorthand too, and keeps each medicine, test and instruction with the page it came from.

Everything is labelled AI-read until a PAIR medical transcriber checks it, then Reviewed.

Your health story

Every visit, on one line.

Each visit opens to its date, its doctors and hospital, and what every document from it says.

From your discharge summary

My medicines

"1-0-1 × 5/7". Explained.

Each medicine is shown exactly as your doctor wrote it, so you can always check against the paper.

My medicines

One tap to confirm.

Shorthand becomes plain words. If the page leaves something out, PAIRdrop asks you, one question at a time. It never fills in a usual value.

My medicines

Today, by time of day.

One list across every doctor and hospital, by time of day. Courses count their days. Two that may hold the same medicine are pointed out, so you can ask your doctor.

Reminders

A nudge at your times.

One reminder for each time of day, at the times you choose. It says how many medicines are due, never which ones, unless you turn medicine names on.

Reminders

Mark them from the notification.

Tap Took all and your doses are marked without opening the app. Or snooze for 15 minutes or an hour, never past your next reminder.

Today widget

Your day, on your home screen.

The Today widget shows what's left to take and when, each time of day as done or still to come, and when you last entered a reading. Tap a time to mark it.

Reminders

Everything else, on time.

A reminder 3 days and 1 day before each follow-up, a daily nudge to measure, 10 minutes' notice of a video consultation. Family who help you can get your medicine reminders on their own phone.

Recovery plan

Home from hospital, with a plan.

Your discharge summary becomes a day-by-day plan: limits that count down, wound care, follow-ups, and the warning signs, word for word with their page.

Something not in your summary? The plan says so: "Not in your summary, ask your team."

Readings

Your numbers, never judged.

Enter blood pressure, sugar, weight, oxygen, temperature, pain and walks. Each chart is one colour, with no bands, no verdicts and no traffic lights. Just what you entered, and what your own documents say beside it.

Copilot

Ask about your own records.

The Copilot explains your reports and medicines in plain words, using only your own documents. It informs. It never diagnoses, and never tells you to change a medicine.

Name a warning sign from your recovery plan and you get your hospital's number and 112, straight away.

CopilotAbout your records

What does HbA1c mean on my lab report?

HbA1c shows your average blood sugar over the last two to three months. Your City Diagnostics report of 4 Jun 2026 lists 7.8 %, which the lab flagged H. Dr. Rao can tell you what it means for you.

Should I stop Metformin?

I can't advise on changing your medicines. You can ask Dr. Rao in your messages.

My wrist is bleeding where they put the tube

From PAIRdropYour discharge summary lists this as a warning sign. Contact Lakeview Hospital now. In an emergency call 112.

Sharing with my doctor

Scan your doctor's code.

Your doctor shows a code on their PAIRdrop screen. Scan it, or type its 8 characters, to share your records with them.

Sharing with my doctor

You choose for how long.

3 months, 6 months, or until you stop it. You see exactly what they'll see before you agree, and "Not now" stores nothing.

Sharing with my doctor

Message them. See them on video.

Write to your doctor with photos, and join video consultations they book, from the same thread. Nothing is recorded.

Sharing with my doctor

See who looked. Stop any time.

"Who viewed my records" lists every look, day by day. End sharing in one tap, or block a doctor.

For doctors

Your patient's story, before they sit down.

  • Patients share by scanning your code. No forms, no files to chase.
  • Their Summary for your doctor, recovery plan and Readings, each item with the page it came from.
  • Messages and video consultations in one calm thread, with your reply hours shown to them.
  • Prescriptions signed with Aadhaar eSign, delivered straight to their medicine list.

Video consultations

Your doctor books. You accept.

Your doctor books a video consultation from their dashboard, at a time, length and fee they set. It appears in your thread with them: accept it, ask to move it, or cancel.

Video consultations

Pay your doctor directly.

With a fee, you see who you're paying and the refund rules first. Then pay by UPI or card through Razorpay, straight to your doctor's own account. PAIRdrop takes no fee.

Video consultations

Face to face, from home.

Join from 10 minutes before. You see your doctor's verified name, registration and hospital before you agree, and your doctor confirms who they're speaking with. Family who help you can join beside you. Nothing is recorded.

Video consultations

A record of the call. A receipt.

The call stays in your thread with how long it lasted, and a paid fee comes with a receipt in your doctor's name. If your doctor hadn't joined 10 minutes after the start, the whole fee is refunded.

Written prescriptions

Your doctor writes it in PAIRdrop.

Generic names in capitals, amounts by time of day, the quantity worked out for the course. Controlled drugs are refused, and nothing can be signed until the doctor has confirmed your details.

Written prescriptions

Signed with Aadhaar eSign.

The doctor signs with a one-time code from Aadhaar, through a licensed eSign provider. Only a fingerprint of the prescription is sent to it.

Written prescriptions

In your medicines, in one tap.

It arrives as a message from your doctor. Its medicines read "From Dr. Rao via PAIRdrop", ready to confirm and to remind you. If your doctor cancels it, PAIRdrop tells you why.

Written prescriptions

Any pharmacy can check it.

The QR code on the prescription opens its verification page: issued or cancelled, by which doctor, on which date. Nothing about you is shown.

Family

Bring your family in.

Invite up to three people to help. Each joins with their own phone and their own login, as "Can see" or "Can help".

Family

Everything they do shows their name.

Your son switches to your records, marks a dose or enters a reading, and it reads "Entered by Ravi (son)". Remove him at any time.

Emergency card

What a stranger needs to know.

Conditions, medicines with blood thinners and insulin labelled, allergies, your last hospital stay, your blood type and who to call. Save it as an image or put it on your lock screen.

Your data

Yours. Shown only to the people you choose.

Only you, and who you invite

In the app, only you and the doctors and family you choose to share with see your records.

Quiet notifications

A message alert says only "You have a new message". A reminder says how many medicines are due, never which ones, unless you turn names on.

The AI only informs

It explains your own documents. It never diagnoses, judges a reading or changes your medicines.

You see every look
